Our brain is an amazing tool which very few of us tap in to. We allow our brain to think whatever it what’s and then we take those thoughts as 'true' without questioning them.
Mind management starts with recognition; an awareness of ourselves and our mind. We must start recognising our thoughts and how they make us feel. Once we recognise our thoughts, are fully aware of them, we can then take control of our brain and tell it what to focus on.
This allows us to deal with 'life' in a much calmer, balanced and conscious way in order to make it amazing.
